I find inspiration in every dimension of life—from human emotions and resilience to the wonders of nature, technology, and the intricate designs hidden within everyday objects. For me, art exists everywhere; it is a bridge between imagination and reality, transforming experiences, challenges, and observations into meaningful expressions.

Art is a powerful force that allows us to embrace reality, overcome adversity, envision possibilities, and explore who we can become. I believe human struggles often serve as catalysts for creativity, innovation, and discovery—fueling progress in both science and the arts. This connection between curiosity, creativity, and transformation has profoundly shaped my own journey.

As a scientist and artist, I seek to create works that inspire reflection, emotion, and connection. My original oil paintings, including “Divine Inspiration,” “Dance Party,” and “The Unforgettable Ride,” have been donated to support causes such as student scholarships at Midwestern University and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

I hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and serve as a Professor in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at Midwestern University. I am also honored to serve as faculty advisor for the Arts in Medicine Club, promoting the powerful intersection of creativity, healing, and human experience.

I am deeply honored to be part of the DuPage Arts Foundation and look forward to continuing my artistic journey—creating meaningful expressions that connect science, imagination, and the human spirit.
