Downers Grove Public Library Foundation

The Downers Grove Public Library Foundation funds extraordinary gifts, beyond traditional expense and taxpayer support, to strengthen the library as a cornerstone of the community. The foundation invests in, and fosters awareness of, the library’s cultural, educational, and social service programs that meet the community’s evolving needs. It supports the library as a place for everyone to discover, grow, play, and learn.

Our Extraordinary Gifts include everything from public art to summer reading prizes; from the library’s social work program to colorblind glasses.
