Hinsdale Multicultural Arts & Education Association

Hinsdale Multicultural Arts & Education Association (HMAE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to multicultural arts, cultural learning, and community connection for children, families, and community members in Hinsdale and the surrounding DuPage area. Through public celebrations, youth performances, family-friendly workshops, and community-based cultural programs, HMAE creates opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds to experience the arts, share cultural traditions, and connect with one another.

Built on strong early support from the Chinese community, HMAE has grown into a broader multicultural organization serving the wider community through arts-based cultural engagement. By combining celebration, hands-on learning, and public participation, HMAE helps foster cross-cultural understanding, belonging, and access to shared arts and cultural experiences.
