Spirito Singers

Spirito Singers offers treble singers the opportunity to develop leadership skills through exceptional musical training, education, and performance, as well as regular service opportunities that encourage singers to give back to the community. Founded in 2008, Spirito boasts 3 treble ensembles for singers in grades 2-12, as well as an avocational men’s ensemble. In addition to weekly rehearsals and elective classes in subjects including music theory, songwriting, solo vocal technique, conducting, and a cappella ensemble singing, Spirito singers also participate in annual local, national, and international tours; collaborations with organizations like Chicago’s Joffrey Ballet; and regular service events – both musical and non-musical. Spirito empowers singers to find the strength of their voices, and to use that strength to create a lasting and meaningful impact on our world.
